About this space
Welcome to our photo and video studio, where creativity knows no bounds and sustainability is our guiding principle. Nestled in the residential area of Upton Park, our studio stands as an oasis of tranquility, perfect for example recording sound. The space offers abundant natural light, innovative design, and eco-conscious practices.
As you step upstairs, you are greeted by an abundance of daylight streaming in through large windows and sky lights, casting a soft, flattering glow across the spacious studio. The open layout allows for versatile shooting setups, whether you're capturing still images or producing dynamic video content. If you prefer to have more control over your light the studio is fitted with black out blinds at every window.
The studio courtyard, is a secluded outdoor space where clients can unwind between shoots or find inspiration amidst lush greenery. Surrounded by native plants and trees, the courtyard provides a peaceful retreat from a busy shoot at break time.
But our commitment to sustainability goes beyond the studio walls. We take pride in being carbon neutral, harnessing green energy sources to power our operations and minimize our environmental footprint. In addition, we actively participate in tree planting initiatives to offset the carbon emissions generated by our clients' journeys to and from the studio, ensuring that every session leaves a positive impact on the planet.

Prices
Additional hour cost: £60.
Day hire includes access from 8.30am to start your booking at 9am, you must be all done and vacating the property by 5.00pm.

About Stepthirtyone
An independently run east London based photo and video studio meets luxury location and workspace with you and the planet in mind. A space to create, work and socialise.
We want stepthirtyone to be a place for people to come together, work together and create together.
In numerology the number 31 represents practical yet creative energy, something we hope you will find in our space. It actually takes exactly 31 steps from our gate to our front door (test it if you like). We wanted to echo how many steps it takes for every project and that you can take your creative steps with us.
