Studio Use:
- The studio is to be used solely for photography and related activities.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that all equipment and props are used safely and properly.
- Any damage to the studio or equipment caused by negligence or misuse will be billed to the client.

Insurance:
- Clients are required to carry adequate liability insurance covering their activities in the studio.
- The studio shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of the facilities.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:
- Clients are expected to leave the studio in the same condition as found.
- A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive mess or failure to properly clean up after use.

Code of Conduct:
- Clients and their guests are expected to conduct themselves professionally while on the premises.
- Disruptive behaviour or activities deemed inappropriate by the studio management will not be tolerated.
- No Smoking Allowed

Minors:
- Clients must ensure that all minors under the age of 16 are always accompanied by a chaperone. Minors must have parent's or guardian’s permission to be at our premises, and/or to be photographed or filmed as relevant.

Breakages, Losses and Damages:
- Clients are responsible for any breakages, losses or damages caused to the premises or equipment by the client, or any other person(s) during booking time.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
