We are flexible with timings as well, just ask.

- kitchen (can use glasses, mugs, cups, etc)
- front door patio
- props (books, chairs, flowers, etc etc)
- FREE private parking
- black out blinds - great for controlling light

*Upstairs floor can be booked only if requested! If not requested - no access.

**Depending on crew size price may vary.

***There is a security deposit which we return straight after we check it's all fine at the space.
