Our entire loft apartment including roof terrace access until 10pm

It's a great space for filming, product launches, corporate away days or meeting space.

Our roof terrace has an amazing view over the city, and a large table and parasol. The main apartment has plenty of seating and large televisions, and striking interior design and original brick walls.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee payable to the venue depending on the notice period:

  • 30+ days prior to the event No fee, guest receives full refund
  • 7 - 29 days prior to the event Fee payable is 50% of total hire cost
  • Less than 7 days prior to the event Fee payable is 100% of total hire cost

Rules of the space

Happy to have you with us, filming at the loft.

I'll need a full list of up to 20 persons attending max, and we have zero tolerance policy for any greater than 20 persons in attendance, or anyone outside of this guest-list, at any point.

And by zero tolerance, I mean that the booking will be cancelled immediately with everyone asked to leave! - So please make sure you've planned well in advance. This is a council requirement of ours.

Please also make sure that all your group are aware of:
- No amplified noise at any point
- Roof terrace closed after 10pm
- No use of hallways, or loitering in hallways
- Adhere to any neighbour requests immediately, specifically for noise issues

If doing anything with effect (E.g smoke machine) then you'll need to check with us in advance for approval. Setting off of the smoke detectors will result in immediate cancellation of your booking in full.

Please also note all crew should be cautious not to mark the carpets in bedrooms (shoes off where possible). Otherwise a carpet cleaning charge of at least £100 applies.

Last thing is moving gear, in and out of the set. Please don't prop any doors open, don't obscure any fire exit routes, or leave anything in hallways!

Our 180 sqm loft is a 2 minute walk to Old Street station. Located in the heart of Shoreditch - you are on the doorstep of the hub of London with our roof terrace to enjoy also.

The space
'The Loft' is a large, open plan kitchen, dining and living space. Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining and there is plenty of space for up to 10 people. The Loft has an urban, industrial feel with high-end design pieces and Victorian sash windows...not to mention the huge floor-to-ceiling selfie mirror!

The best part of our loft is the roof terrace. There aren't many open spaces in Central London so the terrace is the perfect escape and sun spot. It has a lounge and dining area so you can have your lunch and watch the hustle and bustle of the city from the comfort of your chair. It's truly the perfect spot - unless it's raining of course!

Situated on the 3rd floor, there are 2 flights of stairs to enter our apartment.

Full access to our loft and roof terrace from 10am (Terrace is closed after 10pm)

Other things to note
Please bare in mind our property is located in Central London. The streets can be a little noisy.

We also have a security protocol in place to close down parties that continue to not adhere to noise request, and the cost of instructing this can rise to £1k total if required.

Our neighbours must be treated with ultimate respect, and you must adhere to any request without delay.
