About this space

With tiered seating, a raised stage and a big screen, the Henry Wellcome Auditorium is ideal for everything from conferences and AGMs to film screenings and shows.

Able to seat up to 154 people, this spacious and tiered auditorium is fully equipped with all the AV equipment to make your event a success, including: 

o   Dedicated AV producer to oversee your event
o   data projector
o   projection screen (4.40 m x 2.44 m)
o   P.A system
o   height adjustable lectern with dual microphones and built in comfort screen
o   microphones: 4 top-table or 4 handheld, 4 headset and 1 lectern mic
o   laptop + remote mouse
o   video recording

To help you connect with a wider audience, we also offer live‑streaming and hybrid conferencing capabilities.

All auditorium bookings also include complimentary use of the Williams Lounge, a spacious and versatile room ideal for registration, networking and catering.
