About this space

The Ground Floor Studio has wooden floors and plenty of natural daylight. Ideal for rehearsals, meetings, castings, auditions etc. This space can easily accommodate up to 30 people sitting.

Situated on the ground floor with separate WC and wheelchair access. There is also a small kitchennette with tean and coffee facilities and a small bar fridge.

x1 Stereo system with an AUX cable (iPhone / Mac compatible)
x1 Upright piano
X1 professional keyboard
x4 Sets of dance mirrors on wheels
Please note there is scaffolding surrounding the studio which can be used to hang lights or theatre blacks.

Available to hire:
A professional, adjustable studio light with a large variety of settings for photography or video shoots.
Please note that any hires with major set-up requirements will be charged for the set-up time.

The nearest tube stations are Latimer Road (5mins walk), Ladbroke Grove (15mins walk), and White City (15mins walk).
Buses 295 and 220 are within 5mins walk.
There is plenty of on-street metered parking outside the building.
A Tesco is 5mins walk away.

Host rules

If you overrun your hired slot by 10 minutes or more, you will be charged for an
extra hour.
Any equipment belonging to Associated Studios damaged by the hirer will be charged back at the full repair/replacement costs.
You will be expected to return the space in the condition it was found. Please put away any furniture you have used, switch off any equipment and wash up any used crockery and cutlery. Please take your rubbish outside and place in the large bins in front of the building.
Should the space not be returned to the state and cleanliness it was on arrival, we reserve the right to invoice for an additional cleaning fee.
