About this space

The First Floor is made up of a number of interconnecting rooms, but still offers a great flow for your guests to move around. The Council Chamber is an elegant period room with large windows, ornate plaster ceilings, antique mirrors, paintings and a marble fireplace, which opens up to the adjoining Reception Room.

From the Reception Room or entry staircase you move through to the Ann Rylands Room, a small stylish room with French doors that open onto the Terrace. The Terrace is covered in artificial grass and offers an oasis in the middle of Marylebone.

I must also mention that as we’re surrounded by residential homes, we’re unable to have any amplified music or DJ, however, background music is acceptable. Our venue closes at 23.00, with the Terrace closing at 21.00, and a maximum of 40 people are allowed on the Terrace at any one time.

Standing reception we can cater for 150 guests at a time
