🏛️ THE MAPLE VENUE — HOUSE RULES

We want every celebration to be enjoyable, comfortable and safe for all guests. Please observe the following venue rules:

**1. Capacity & Safety**
• Maximum capacity is 80 guests, depending on the event layout.
• Fire exits, walkways and access routes must remain unobstructed.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

**2. Venue Hire & Timings**
• All setup, decorating, deliveries and clearing must take place within your booked hire period.
• Music must finish by 10:30pm.
• All guests must leave, and the venue must be vacated, by 11pm.
• Please respect neighbouring residents and keep noise to a reasonable level.

**3. Food & Drinks**
• Outside catering is welcome.
• The Maple Venue is an alcohol-free venue.
• Cooking is not permitted on-site. The kitchenette provides a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and sink for permitted use.

**4. Decorations & Equipment**
• Decorations are welcome, but must not damage walls, floors, ceilings or furniture.
• Drilling, nails, adhesives that leave marks and permanent alterations are not permitted.
• External entertainment equipment and installations must be approved in advance.
• Bouncy castles and soft play equipment must be used safely and under adult supervision.

**5. Care of the Venue**
• No smoking or vaping inside the building.
• Please treat all furniture, equipment and facilities with care.
• Guests must remove their belongings, decorations and rubbish before departure.
• The venue must be left tidy, with furniture and equipment treated responsibly.
• Any damage or excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges.

**6. Respectful Use**
• Guests must remain within authorised areas and follow reasonable venue safety instructions.
• Please ensure your event is conducted respectfully and safely.
