I valued the really good communication with the venue right from my first enquiry, and being allocated an event manager for all queries and arrangements. I booked this venue because it has beautiful indoor and outdoor space - an elegant light airy room with access to a spacious walled courtyard which seems like a secret treasure in central London. And I also chose it because I could bring in an outside caterer. All the staff at the venue on the day were friendly, helpful and flexible and did everything to make the party a success. I'm so glad I found this venue.
It was difficult for the caterers not to have access to the kitchen. But the place is having a refurb and the facilities for outside caterers might improve.
