About this space
Mall Galleries offers over 450sqm of high-spec exhibition space across three interconnected ground-floor galleries, each distinct in character, well-lit and spacious.
We make venue hire as easy as possible for our clients, with the following essential services included in our offering: artwork receiving, processing and installation/dismantle; promotional support across our website, social media and other channels; one evening reception with staffing, security (up to five hours) and access to our in-house inventory; and expert support from our Venue Hire team throughout the planning process and hire period.
The West Gallery is our largest space, featuring high ceilings and oak floors, ideal for solo and group exhibitions, art fairs and auctions. The East Gallery offers a contemporary feel with exposed steel, concrete floors and high-arched windows. The North Gallery consists of three interconnected rooms, well suited to more intimate viewings or use as back-of-house space.
Hire fees vary depending on duration and gallery selection, so please get in contact for a quote.
Prices
West Gallery: £22,000+VAT
East Gallery: £12,500+VAT
North Gallery: £8,000+VAT
If you do not require all of our included services, or do not wish to utilise all three gallery spaces, we can generate a bespoke hire fee for you. It is mandatory to hire a minimum of two galleries, and this must include the West Gallery. On occasion and where availability allows, we can permit the hire of one gallery.
1. Exhibition hire is based on a minimum of one week
2. Hire period includes installation and dismantle
3. Public opening is typically from Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm (changes can be discussed)
4. Use of accredited caterers is mandatory
5. A range of accredited exhibition suppliers are available
6. We offer a 10% discount to all registered charities

We have up to two parking spaces available for event organisers.
Amplified music and live music is permitted. Dancing is not permitted.
