The Residence at CTRL STUDIOS OLD STREET
About this space
The Residence at CTRL Studios Old Street is a relaxed, sofa-style studio set designed for natural conversations, podcasts, interviews and lifestyle-led content.
Built around a comfortable sofa setup, The Residence offers a more informal alternative to a traditional podcast desk or broadcast set. It’s designed to help hosts and guests feel at ease on camera, creating the perfect environment for genuine, engaging conversations.
The clean, contemporary setting works naturally on camera and can accommodate different filming angles, from wider conversational shots to individual close-ups.
**Production-ready:** The Residence can be configured with professional video, audio and lighting equipment, with high-speed Wi-Fi and an on-site CTRL Studios production team available to support your session from setup through to recording.
**Perfect for:**
Podcasts & video podcasts • Interviews • One-to-one conversations • Guest features • Fireside chats • Branded content • YouTube shows • Social content
**What sets it apart:**
The Residence keeps things simple — a comfortable, professionally lit sofa setting where the focus stays on the people and the conversation. Bring your guests, take a seat and start creating.
Additional filming, editing and content production services are also available through CTRL Studios.
