The space is a compact, enclosed studio with a low dark ceiling and controlled artificial lighting. Exposed brick and acoustic-panelled walls sit above a timber herringbone floor, providing a neutral, camera-friendly background.
Room features: The stage supports live and recorded capture using on-site video equipment; in-built soundproofing and a PA system enable clear audio monitoring and playback. Wi‑Fi and storage space are provided for production workflows.
Best for: Podcasts, hosted interviews and livestreamed panel shows are ideal uses for this stage.
What sets it apart: A permanently installed curved broadcast desk with integrated microphone boom mounts and neon backlit branding provides a ready-made presenter set.

Your hire includes exclusive use of the studio, access to the podcast recording space, furniture and set options, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, power, heating, and standard electricity usage. The space is designed for professional podcast recording, interviews, audio recording, voiceovers, video podcasts, and content creation.

• The studio, furniture, equipment and facilities should be used responsibly, and any damage caused during the booking may result in additional charges

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building
• Guests are welcome to bring food and drinks, but these should be handled responsibly and kept within appropriate areas
• Noise levels should remain respectful to other studio users and neighbouring businesses
• All guests must follow the guidance of the CTRL STUDIOS team and ensure the space is left in the same condition as it was provided
• Any unsafe, illegal or inappropriate activities are strictly prohibited
