Features: The venue provides Wi‑Fi and a PA system with speakers and permits guests to play their own music. The space contains easels and open display shelving that can be used for workshops or to present artwork. The venue also has accessible toilets and flexible floor space that can be arranged to suit different activities.

• The final guest count and preferred layout must be confirmed in advance.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building.
• Alcohol is permitted only with prior approval. Alcohol must not be sold, and guests must drink responsibly.
• No open flames, candles, incense, smoke effects, aerosols, loose glitter or confetti without prior approval.
• Only agreed art materials may be used. Materials must remain within the designated creative areas.
• Decorations must be approved in advance. Do not use nails, screws, strong adhesives or anything that could mark the walls, floors or furniture.
• Furniture may be moved with prior approval and must be returned to its original position before departure.
• Fire exits and communal access routes must remain unobstructed at all times.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout the booking.
• Music must remain at a reasonable level. DJs, amplified live music and public or ticketed events require prior approval.
• Food, external catering, commercial filming and photography must be agreed in advance.
• Guests must finish their event, remove their belongings and leave the venue by the end of the booked period. Setup and pack-down must be completed within the agreed access times.
• Any damage to the venue, furniture, equipment or art materials beyond normal use may result in an additional charge.
• The organiser is responsible for the conduct of all guests and must follow instructions from the venue team.
