About this space

Welcome to Bean World Studios : Studio Three is a recently renovated, retro-futuristic warehouse listening lounge with a 60-person capacity, perfect for album launches, intimate listening sessions, creative productions, and intentional gatherings.

This space was designed and built by hand blending organic forms with salvaged industrial materials. With a uniquely sculptural mezzanine, immersive lighting, both vintage and hand-crafted furniture and an adaptable layout, Studio Three is a distinctive setting for music and creativity, authentic and intimate connection, and visual storytelling.

The space is also available for photography, videography and content creation, and is well suited for recorded live DJ sets, music videos, artist showcases, interviews and other creative productions.

We are a shoes-off space, and have an on-site tea bar which opens for events offering a cosy space to gather, connect and enjoy refreshments. Request our Hire Pack for further information.

I hosted my 21st birthday party here, and I genuinely could not have picked a better venue! The space itself is stunning! It has that creative warehouse aesthetic while still feeling incredibly cool, cozy, and welcoming. You can instantly tell how much care, time, and effort the hosts have put into designing the space, from the furniture, lighting to the beds on the second floor balcony. The hosts were exceptionally reliable, accommodating, and made the entire process completely stress-free from start to finish. Having the DJ decks provided on-site, and the sound setup being accessible via Bluetooth was super straightforward and quick. All week, my guests haven't stopped messaging me to ask about the venue and about how amazing the vibe was. Thank you so much for helping make my 21st so special and memorable and I’ll definitely be looking for any excuse to book Bean World again in the future! Highly recommended to anyone planning an event here.

Bean Studios are a magical set of spaces. We used Bean World 3 for our creative content day, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. It's spacious and has many areas with which you can use to have creative backdrops. very well thought out. The hosts were extremely accommodating as well and put the day at ease for us from start to end. Will book again!
