Main Room at White Eagle Meditation Centre
About this space
Our bright and peaceful main room offers a flexible setting for meetings, workshops, training sessions, presentations, wellbeing activities, yoga, meditation, talks, small performances and community events.
The room can accommodate up to 60 guests seated and can be arranged in theatre, classroom, boardroom or open-floor layouts, depending on the needs of your event. Its calm atmosphere, natural light and uncluttered design make it particularly suitable for professional, creative and wellbeing-focused bookings.
Facilities include tables and chairs, Wi-Fi, access to a kitchen for refreshments, accessible toilets and lift access within the building. The space is supported by a welcoming reception area and can be prepared in advance to suit your preferred layout.
The room is best suited to respectful, low-noise events and is not available for late-night parties or events involving alcohol.
Prices
A refundable damage deposit of £200 is required for all bookings. This will be returned after the event, provided the venue is left in good condition and there is no damage, excessive cleaning, missing equipment or additional time used.

Host rules
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building.
• No alcohol, illegal substances, dangerous behaviour or unauthorised activities are permitted.
• Only vegetarian food may be brought into, prepared or served at the venue. Meat, fish and poultry are not permitted.
• The space is not suitable for late-night parties, loud music or disruptive events. Noise must be kept at a respectful level, including when entering and leaving.
• The agreed guest capacity must not be exceeded. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Candles, incense, naked flames, smoke machines and similar items require prior written approval.
• Do not attach anything to walls, doors or furniture using nails, screws, tape, glue or other materials that may cause damage.
• Furniture and equipment may only be moved with permission and must be returned to the agreed layout.
• Guests may only use the rooms and facilities included in the booking. Private, office, storage and restricted areas must not be entered.
• The hirer is responsible for all guests and must ensure the venue is left clean, tidy and secure.
• All rubbish, decorations, equipment and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the booking.
• Damage, breakages, missing items, excessive cleaning or rubbish removal will be charged and may be deducted from the damage deposit.
• The booking must finish at the agreed time. Additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
• The venue may stop an event if these rules are breached or if there is a risk to guests, staff or the building.
