About this space
Our lounge is the ideal place to begin and end your shoot. We use this space to discuss, collaborate and network, but the furniture is all fully moveable so that shooting is possible in here too.
Across the room space sits a salon equipped with two full lengths mirrors and a make up station, meaning this is the ideal area for prep.

Host rules
• A booking is confirmed after receiving the full deposit of 50% of the total booking charge
• The remainder of the payment can be made prior to the booking or upon arrival at the studio. All deposits and no-shows are non-refundable
• A client postponing a confirmed booking will be charged 50% of the full studio rate, with 24 hours' notice required
• The client must include set up and take down time within the hours booked, to avoid overtime charges
• The client must ensure that their own public liability insurance is operative for all persons in the studio during the hours of use, to cover any accident, injury or death
• The client must not, without the written consent of Studio 101: (a) remove the equipment from the studio premises; (b) modify, alter or tamper with the equipment in any way; (c) use the equipment in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer; (d) allow the equipment to be used by any untrained or unauthorised personnel
• Equipment must be returned promptly at the end of the hire period in the original condition
• The client hiring the studio is responsible for all breakages, losses or damages caused to the studio or equipment by them, or any other person, during the use of the studio. This includes damage to paintwork or backdrop paper
• All equipment and services are supplied by Studio 101 entirely at the risk of the client. Studio 101 shall not be liable for any loss or damage to materials, props or equipment, including consequential loss and loss of profit however caused, arising out of the use or the inability to use the equipment supplied or agreed to be supplied
• No alterations, decorations or additions to the studio are permitted without the written consent of Studio 101
• The client shall pay any costs incurred by Studio 101 arising out of any breach of these conditions
• Studio 101 may terminate any hire contract if the client is in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
