About this space
Our MindBody studio is designed to provide an intimate and relaxing environment, perfect for holistic wellness/mindfulness workshops and creative small-group events. It is located on the upper-floor of RUMBLE and is a private space within the loft space.
The studio is uplifted by its emission of a frequency known as the Schumann resonance, which replicates
Mother Earth’s natural heartbeat/rhythm. It has been scientifically proven that by tuning into the planet’s own magnetic frequency, people experience grounding and other benefits including enhanced learning/memory, body rejuvenation, balance, and improved stress tolerance.
The space is equipped with high-tech facilities, such as air-con, heating (up to 28 degrees) a variety of adjustable lighting options.
Prices
To secure your spot and provide our regular clients with ample notice, we request that bookings be made at least 1 week in advance of the desired event starting time.
All prices are subject to VAT and may vary depending on specific requirements, such as cleaning, staffing, peak hour bookings, or out-of-hours hire.
