• No smoking anywhere inside the building
• Outside catering is welcome
• No alcohol permitted after 8:00pm
• Please remove shoes or use provided floor covers when using backdrops to keep them clean
• Music and speakers are welcome but must be kept at a reasonable volume — no excessive noise after 9:00pm out of respect for neighbours
• Please do not move, damage, or tamper with lighting equipment, backdrops, or props without prior agreement
• Please leave the space as you found it — a cleaning fee may apply if the studio is left in poor condition
• Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times — please declare your full guest count at the time of booking
• Guests are responsible for their own parking — the host accepts no liability for parking fines or vehicle damage
• Bookings must start and end on time — overtime will be charged at the standard hourly rate
