• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, fellow guests, and the venue at all times.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted within the venue.
• External food and beverages are not permitted unless agreed with the venue in advance.

• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or likely to impact the experience of other guests.
• Guests must adhere to the confirmed booking size. Any changes to guest numbers should be communicated to the venue in advance where possible.
• The venue reserves the right to amend seating and table allocations based on operational requirements.
• The Chef's Table is a curated set-menu experience; menu amendments and substitutions may be limited.
• Guests booked for the Chef's Table experience should arrive promptly to ensure the full dining experience can be enjoyed as intended.
• Semi-private dining spaces are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance.
• A deposit may be required to secure bookings for semi-private dining spaces and selected group dining experiences.
