The Studio Floor at LDN Fit Club is a versatile space for fitness classes, workshops, wellness events, team sessions, content creation, and community gatherings. With room for up to 35 guests, the open-plan layout can be adapted for everything from group training and seminars to networking events and brand activations.
A great fit for both active and creative events. Guests have access to WiFi, changing facilities, tea and coffee, a reception area, and step-free access. A private therapy room is also available as an optional add-on for consultations, treatments, breakout sessions, or VIP use.

Host rules
• No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, or open flames anywhere within the venue.
• All equipment must be used safely and returned to its original position after use.
• Hirers are responsible for the conduct of all guests, participants, contractors, and crew members attending their booking.
• Any damage to equipment, flooring, fixtures, or venue property may result in additional charges.
• The venue must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the booking period.
• No unauthorised alterations, drilling, fixing, painting, or installation of equipment or props without prior approval.
• Music and noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level and comply with local regulations.
• Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• The therapy room is not included in standard venue hire and must be booked separately if required.
• External catering is permitted with prior approval. Hirers are responsible for the removal of all food, waste, and equipment.
• Photography, filming, content creation, workshops, fitness events, corporate wellness sessions, and educational events are welcome.
• Alcohol may only be served with prior written approval and must comply with all applicable licensing requirements.
• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a booking if activities are deemed unsafe, unlawful, or likely to cause damage to the facility.
• Access is permitted only during the agreed booking period. Additional time may be charged at the standard hourly rate.
• Please respect neighbouring residents and businesses when arriving, departing, and using outdoor areas.
