The space is split over two floors. Upstairs is bright and open, while the lower level has a more tucked-away feel. The overall design is simple and considered, with warm tones and a clean layout that’s easy to work with.

In terms of space, there’s around 800 sq ft on the ground floor and about 900 sq ft downstairs. The basement includes a kitchen, toilet, seating area, and a separate lounge that’s useful for things like wardrobe, makeup, or a production base. There’s also a hair wash basin, Wi-Fi, air conditioning.

There’s a secure garden at the back for storage or crew use, and the layout works well for groups of up to around 50 people. Having the downstairs breakout space helps keep things organised during busy setups.

It’s commonly used for filming, photography, brand events, workshops, and content days. The space is flexible enough to adapt depending on what you’re planning.

Access is straightforward, with three entrances across the front and rear, so crew can move in and out without disrupting what’s happening upstairs. Loading is allowed, but vehicles need to move after unloading. For larger productions, it’s best to give some notice so access can be coordinated.
