The first floor auditorium is purpose‑built for large events, from keynote speeches and conferences to award ceremonies. A dedicated AV and communications hub includes high-definition cameras, professional audio equipment, and reliable connectivity for both in-person and remote audiences.

The floor also features four flexible meeting rooms, which can be combined via a ceiling track system to increase capacity, alongside a 54‑person seminar room. A light filled mezzanine with casual seating provides an ideal breakout space for networking and informal discussions.
