A spacious, light-filled hall with a clean rectangular layout and floor-to-ceiling windows at both ends, making it a bright and flexible setting for a wide range of events — from morning workshops and corporate training days to evening celebrations and ceremonies.
One side of the room opens directly into a private garden, a genuinely rare feature that works well for coffee breaks, cocktail hours, or a quieter moment away from the main event.
The venue has a professional commercial kitchen and a dedicated prep kitchen located directly off the main room, making it well equipped for everything from a light lunch to a multi-course banquet. A dedicated entrance from the lobby gives your guests a self-contained and private experience, with their own toilet facilities.

We do not host any parties for organisers or attendees who are between the ages of 15 and 22.
This means the party organiser, or the person for whom the party is being held, must be either 14 or under, or 23 or older.
Outside catering is allowed, wicked based chaffing fuel is permitted. Please note GEL BASED CHAFFING FUEL cannot be used at all in the centre.
There are two kitchens for hire if you wish - 1) a small commercial kitchen with hob, two full ovens with prep space, and 2) a large domestic style kitchen.
Alcohol is not allowed.
Any parties where minors are present must be accompanied by a over 18 parent or guardian inside the party space at all times.
For evening parties all guests must vacate by 9pm.
The venue must be tidied and left clean (floor swept) and all decorations removed on the day at the end of the event. Refuse and recycling facilities are provided. If the venue is left untidy then there will be a charge for this.
Any overstays past the booked time will result in a charge of 1.5X the hire fee for all spaces occupied in the centre.
No smoking anywhere in the building including vapes/e-cigarettes.
Any external contractors (bouncy castles, catering, sound systems, entertainment, etc) must be properly insured.
Please note the venue is in a residential area, please respect the local residents when using the centre.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
