- No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the studio or building.
- Care and respect of the space: All equipment, including reformer beds and studio furnishings.
- Damages: Any damage to the studio, equipment, or facilities will be charged for accordingly.
- Outside catering: Permitted for light refreshments only (e.g. finger food, snacks, pastries). Full hot meals or heavy catering setups are not allowed.
- Alcohol: Only permitted with prior agreement from management.
- Capacity: Bookings must not exceed the agreed maximum capacity.
- Setup & breakdown: Hire time must include any setup and pack-down required.
