About this space

We are pleased to present a brand-new space to the Conway Hall venue hire portfolio - Conway Suite!
As the Flower Room and Fox Room are situated close to each other and out of the way of any of the other hire spaces, we are now happy to offer this suite of rooms for hire at a package price.
This includes access to the Fox Room, Flower Room, kitchenette, private toilet, and weather permitting, guests can also access Conway Hall’s roof for a breath of fresh air throughout the day.
Guests who use the Flower Room can make use of the Fox Room for their catering, and/or a breakout space.

- For cancellation more than 61 days prior to the date of the event: No charge
- For cancellation between 31 days and 60 days prior to the date of the event: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
- For cancellation between 1 day and 30 days prior to the date of the event: 100% of the total cost will be charged.

Totals more than £750.00:

- For cancellation of more than 181 days prior to the date of the event: No charge
- For cancellation between 91 and 180 days prior to the date of the event: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
- For cancellation between 1 and 90 days prior to the date of the event: 100% of the total cost will be charged.
