About this space

Studio 3 is a blank-canvas studio in Loft Studios notable for its large industrial windows that flood the space with natural daylight.

Design: The room has exposed brick walls, a polished concrete floor, high ceilings and simple, functional fittings that give it an industrial, utilitarian appearance.

Features: A PA system and speakers are installed and the space permits own music and bring‑your‑own DJs; a clear central area functions as a dancefloor. The room also includes Wi‑Fi, a small kitchenette with sink and fridge, wall mirrors, casual seating, step‑free access and accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Small creative teams and social groups seeking a flexible, relaxed space for standing receptions, workshops or informal seated gatherings.

What sets it apart: A built-in white cyclorama sweep provides a seamless background for photography, film and product shoots.

What guests say: The space is characterful and industrial in style and provides a flexible layout that adapts easily to different uses.
