Venue Rules – Kimora’s Vegan Treats
1. Booking & Time Use
Your booking must include set-up and pack-down time.
Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments.
Maximum guest numbers must be respected at all times.
2. Food & Catering
Outside food is allowed, but no outside cooking or heating equipment(e.g., hot plates, fryers, gas appliances).
In-house vegan catering is available on request.
Only plant-based foods may be served inside the venue.
3. Alcohol
Alcohol may be served **only with prior approval.
Guests must follow local licensing laws for serving or selling alcohol.
4. Decorations & Set-Up
No nails, screws, or adhesives that damage walls.
Balloon arches, banners, table décor, and free-standing props are allowed.
No confetti, glitter, or loose petals unless approved.
Candles must be in enclosed holders.
5. Music & Noise
Reasonable volume must be maintained at all times.
No DJs, live bands, or large speakers unless previously approved.
6. Cleanliness
Please leave the venue in a tidy condition.
All rubbish must be placed in the bins provided.
Excess mess or damages may incur a cleaning fee.
7. Behaviour & Conduct
Children must be supervised at all times.
Respect neighbouring businesses and residents.
No smoking or vaping inside the venue.
8. Deliveries & Early Access
Deliveries (balloons, décor, cakes, etc.) must be scheduled during your booked time.
No early access unless arranged in advance.
9. Safety
Emergency exits must remain clear.
Maximum capacity must not be exceeded.
10. Liability
The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Any damage to the venue or equipment will be charged to the booking party
