Studio 4 at Loft Studios

About this space

Studio 4 is a blank-canvas studio in Loft Studios defined by a wide, open-plan layout that can be customised for production, installations or parties.

Design: Exposed brick walls, large multi-pane windows and painted timber floors give the room an industrial yet minimal appearance. A high pitched roof with visible timber beams and a white ceiling creates strong vertical height and clear sightlines across the floor.

Features: A central white partitioned cube can function as a production office or green room while the open floor remains flexible for staging or dance areas. A PA system and speakers are available and the space allows own music and external DJs. The room also has reliable Wi‑Fi and abundant natural light from the industrial windows.

Ideal for: Event organisers and creative teams seeking a flexible, social space for standing receptions and lively parties that include music and dancing.

What sets it apart: Direct access to a private courtyard provides an outdoor extension to the studio for breaks, cocktail areas or overflow space.

What guests say: The space combines industrial character with quirky charm and a spacious yet intimate feel, and the space benefits from an attentive, solution-focused events team that helps events run smoothly.
