Rules of the space

Host rules

1. Noise levels to be controlled at the discretion of staff members.
2. Guests are not allowed behind the bar, in the storage area or behind the DJ booth.
3. Naked flames (including but not limited to: birthday candles, tea lights, lighters) are not allowed inside the premises. This is a condition of our lease as a Network Rail tenant.
4. Children and pets must be under adult supervision at all time. Latest time kids are allowed in is 6pm.
5. Guest should please leave the premises silently so as not to disturb our neighbours. We ask that guests disperse and arrange separate pick up points for taxis to keep noise levels to a minimum.
6. Confetti, smoke machines, party poppers and other glitter guns are not permitted. These are incredibly time consuming to clear up and use will incur a £50 restoration fee to be deducted from your deposit.
7. Decorations are allowed but they must not damage the existing artwork or posters in the space and guests should ensure they are taken home on the night of the party or the morning after prior to the venue re-opening.
8. Guests must please leave the premises in line with the venue licencing hours – you will be informed of your last orders and leaving times as part of your booking. Up to 50% of your deposit might be taken away if your guests are not gone after your agreed leaving time.
9. To secure the date, a deposit is expected and no other form of confirmation will be respected.
10. All deposits will be returned up to 5 days from the event date to the original form of payment made.
11. No smoking and no vaping allowed in the building.
12. Outside catering allowed, but the third party vendor is responsible for his garbage safe disposal.
13. No drinks outside allowed after 10 pm.
