Studio 1 at LSC Studios is a bright, airy, and versatile space ideal for a wide range of creative and movement-based activities. The studio measures approximately 18 × 6.5 metres with a high ceiling, giving an open and spacious feel that works well for dance and theatre rehearsals, yoga, pilates, breath-work sessions, photo and film shoots, castings, workshops, and other classes.
The room features a professional Harlequin dance floor, six large windows providing abundant natural light, and mirrors along the walls - all of which make it particularly suited to movement work and performance preparation.
Prices
Hourly Rate: £60 per hour
8-Hour Block Booking (e.g. 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm): £360 total, flexible hours available.
Additional Hours (added to a block booking): £45 per hour
Example: If you book a 10-hour day (8-hour block + 2 extra hours), the total cost would be: £360 (block) + £90 (2 x £45) = £450
Weekend Rates
Minimum Booking: 8 hours
Additional Hours (beyond 8 hours): £45 per hour
