Host rules
Booking times must include setup and breakdown. Overtime will be charged accordingly.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the space or in the building’s shared areas.
• No open flames, glitter, or confetti.
• No drilling, nailing, or attaching anything to walls without prior permission — wall-safe adhesive hooks only.
• Outside catering is allowed, but must be cleared with us in advance.
• Alcohol is permitted for private events, provided it is served responsibly. Events serving alcohol must comply with local licensing laws.
• Music must be kept at a respectful volume. No amplified music after 10:00 PM.
• All rubbish must be removed or bagged and left in designated areas. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left untidy.
• Deliveries and collections must be scheduled within the booking period.
• No under-18s without adult supervision.
• Use of fixatives, paints, or hazardous materials must be approved in advance.
• Damage to the space or its contents will result in repair or replacement charges.
• Sub-letting or re-hiring the space to third parties is not allowed.
