Host rules
Leave the premises in what would be regarded as “a reasonable state”, taking all matters into consideration. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charges being levied.
At the end of the hire, all lighting, lighting gels, cabling, staging and furniture must be reset to their original positions.
Should any part of the premises or its fittings and appointments be damaged, destroyed, stolen, or otherwise removed as a result of the Hirer’s intended or actual occupation, then repairs and replacements will be charged to the Hirer at a reasonable price fixed by The Dial.
