Receptionist accommodated us regardless of the issue
When I arrived onsite, I was told there wasn't a booking under my name. I was given a meeting room that didn't look like the photo advertised.

We had a great time in the facility. We organize a lesson and a dinner thereafter. Our student really enjoyed the space and privacy we got.
Before arrival, I wasn't notified the TV sharing screen system didn't work with iPad just with laptop, so we struggled to project our materials.
