Our studios are rented out to visual, music and sound artists, but some are vacant and available for hourly hire for meetings, workshops, and crafts. If the listed space doesn't meet your exact expectations, please inquire for more information. Our spaces are various sizes.

About FOLD

Fold is an ex-printing factory with 10000 sq ft of flexible event space. We operate as a creative platform and, on weekends, as a nightclub for leftfield electronic music. We have plenty of time and space for other hires, especially during the week.

What's more, over the past year we have been working hard on expanding FOLD as a creative hub, and have built a series of studios on our Ground Floor. Their goal is to provide much-needed spaces for artists in a city.
