We will be present at your time of booking to assist you with getting in and answer any questions.

To keep the studio a happy space for everyone, we ask all hirers to agree to the following:

Use of the Space:
• Please respect the studio, staff, and neighbours.
• Leave the space as you found it, please tidy up and use the bins provided.
• No smoking or vaping inside.
• You are welcome to pop outside at any time but the door will lock behind you, so ensure someone stays inside to let you back in.

Food & Drink:
• You’re welcome to bring your own food and non alcoholic drinks.
• Please clear away all leftovers, rubbish, and packaging at the end of your hire.
• Unfortunately we do not provide tea or coffee making facilities so this will have to be arranged by yourselve.

Care of Property:
• Please don’t take or remove any items from the studio.
• Any damage or breakages will be charged at replacement cost.

Safety:
• Keep fire exits clear at all times.

Liability:
• We can’t accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings.
• The hirer is responsible for the behaviour and safety of their guests.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
