This open-plan creative studio is available for photography, filming, content creation, workshops, and private events. Large north-facing windows provide soft natural light, with white walls, concrete floors, and exposed details creating a neutral backdrop for shoots and projects.

The studio includes high-speed Wi-Fi, heating and cooling, basic kitchen facilities, and a separate washroom. Tables, chairs, and a clothing rail can be provided on request. Ground-level entry makes it simple to bring larger equipment into the space, and on-street parking is available nearby.
