A café and community space available for meetings, workshops, networking events, book clubs, creative sessions, private gatherings, and other small to medium-sized events. The café has comfortable seating, plenty of natural daylight, free Wi-Fi, and a coffee bar serving drinks and refreshments.
The venue is Deaf friendly and aims to provide an accessible setting where Deaf and hearing guests can meet and spend time together. A community library is also available for visitors to enjoy. Tables and seating can be arranged for different types of events.

Prices
Cleaning fee: £50 per event
A refundable holding deposit of £300 is required to secure your booking date. The deposit will be returned following the event, provided the venue is left in good condition and no damage has occurred.
Please note that reasonable cleaning costs, repair costs, or replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit where additional cleaning, damage, or loss has occurred during the hire period.
Event Staffing
Professional barista and waiting staff services are available as optional add ons to help ensure your event runs smoothly. Please enquire for pricing and availability.
Flexible Hire Times

Minimum Hire Period
A minimum booking period of 2 hours applies to allow sufficient time for event setup and pack down.
