- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
- Antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.
- External catering services are permitted.
- Please ensure music is kept at a respectful volume.
- Any damage, property destruction, or failure to leave the venue in a reasonably clean condition may incur additional charges, which could exceed the deposit amount.
- A £250 deposit is required to confirm each booking.
- Any damages will be deducted from the deposit, along with applicable admin fees and replacement costs.
- If damages exceed the deposit amount, the remaining balance will be invoiced separately.
