Really good location and the hall upstairs is beautiful. The addition of air conditioning upstairs will be a real plus on hot summer days.

Booked Eyrie Room (Function Room) at The Birds
Booked for my wedding and the team at the Birds were AMAZING! Communication, arrangements and pre meetings were all easy and they were really flexible at any requests or ideas we had. Food was fab and there was loads to go around throughout the canapés, main meal which was a yummy roast sharing style and delicious mini deserts, and buffet of classic pub food minis. Drinks were flowing and they really looked after you before and during the day. Kept an eye on all guests and even re distributed the sharing food during the dinner depending what tables had tucked into what, and during the evening would keep watch of mine and my husbands drinks and produce a new drink into our hand from even across the room. All the bar staff were on top form and there was never a queue at the bar. We were able to decorate however we liked and they took tables and benches from their other pubs in order to give the look we wanted. Our family and friends have also not stopped telling us how amazing the staff and food was. Really an amazing team with Roxy and Rich! Couldn't recommend more!
