About this space

Tudor Barn Eltham is London's only surviving 16th-century Tudor barn, a Grade II* listed venue set within 13 acres of award-winning parkland in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Just 20 minutes from Central London and five minutes from Eltham station, it's one of South East London's most distinctive spaces for conferences, gala dinners, away days, workshops and networking events.

Our main event space, the Tudor Gallery, is fully flexible: theatre for up to 120, cabaret for 40, classroom for 50, boardroom for 40, seated dinner for 180, or a standing reception for 200. It comes with AV, a projector, wireless microphones and high-speed Wi-Fi as standard.
Downstairs, our gastropub suits smaller lunches, meetings or breakout sessions, seating up to 80 or holding 100 standing. For bigger events, exclusive hire across both floors takes up to 300 standing.

Day delegate rates start from £42.50pp plus VAT, minimum 30 guests, Monday to Thursday, and include exclusive use of the building and grounds (front lawn and moat terrace open April to September), a dedicated event manager, unlimited tea and coffee, buffet lunch, and private parking for up to 30 cars.

We partner with GOTO Events for team building, and our in-house kitchen caters everything from working lunches to three-course dinners with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Planning coordinator Jade was very helpful. TBE offered a custom menu . Myself and guests very satisfied. Plenty of parking . Venue was well decorated. PA system played our self made Spotify playlist. Catering staff handled buffet very well . Also distributed our cake . Bar was well stocked , and efficient service . Also , staff provided a mobile chairlift to bring a wheelchair guest up and down the stairs. Thank you Tudor Barn Eltham .
