A good sized space with the right amount of seating. Great team of friendly but professional staff lead by Marvin, that went over and above to make sure me and my guests were happy. Music system was excellent and access to a really good projector. An amazing space in a great location, I would 100% recommend.
Alaska waterloo was the perfect venue for my 30th! I could’ve easily fit more people in there. Location was central and easy to get to. Venue and toilets were clean and we were allowed to decorate as we pleased. Andrew was super friendly and easy going. All the staff were amazing (shout out to the security!) I had the best time. Thank you so much.
Used a small private dining room for a farewell dinner. Lovely location and nice vibe as you enter the restaurant. The staff were friendly and efficient. Food was quite excellent. We had pre-ordered but it was all freshly made and delicious. Service was generally good with the exception of one obvious but significant element.
Kevin was very responsive and accommodating with assisting the baby shower event that I was organising at this location. The location was very spacious and I loved the interior with so many different plants. It also had an added bonus of complimentary tea, coffee and water provided at the venue. 100% recommend
Santy and Elise were wonderful from the start to the end. They were able to work with us to create a bespoke plan that perfectly suited our event needs. The food was varied and delicious, and the drinks selection was impeccable. Clear communication throughout and they were very helpful with any change or request. Perfect venue for a large event, and the atmosphere was wonderful.
Excellent throughout - Dani was great and super responsive organising all details ahead of time and the team on the night with Marty, Miguel and Tony were just lovely and making everyone welcome. The food was delicious and much commented on by the guests. We all just had a wonderful time and the night couldn't have gone better! Thank you again everyone on the team for this memorable night!
We hired to space to host the 1st birthday party for our baby. The venue is very tidy, well-organised and spacious. The owner also responded to our inquiries very quickly. We highly recommend this venue for event or gathering.
