The space was as shown in the pictures. It was a great size for my party (around 60 people) and the staff were friendly and helpful when my DJ arrived beforehand to set up the decks. There were always 2 members of bar staff behind the bar so there felt like a long wait on drinks which was great!
The staff were really friendly and polite, always ready to help. The venue was perfect, we had great time partying, really enjoyed it! The only disadvantage is the bar that you have to go downstairs but there is an option to have your own barman.
Not only is the venue sophisticated, chic and high end. The service from initial visit to planning and the actual event itself was outstanding! Attention to detail was impeccable and the service staff on the evening were absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for more. They did everything to ensure the evening ran smoothly as well as feeling like part of the extended family and made all our guests feel welcome which was an important factor for me. My expectations were exceeded. Yvie has been an absolute pleasure to work with and the Manager on the night Julianna (I believe) was blooming fantastic she was on top of everything at every stage and just amazing - the whole team was fantastic I cannot stress this enough. Thank you so much - the memories of this evening will not be forgotten. I have been inundated with messages and calls from the guests with nothing but compliments!
Staff were very accommodating and brought great vibes all night. The minimum spend was value for money and location was perfect. Highly recommend!
We actually went for the whole venue hire at the end. On the night the staff were great, the venue was fantastic, drinks were good and it was a really nice vibe. Karaoke was a bonus surprise!
The venue is easy to find and in a good location. The atmosphere created by my family and friends was fantastic and we had a good time. Due to us creating the atmosphere.
