Not only is the venue sophisticated, chic and high end. The service from initial visit to planning and the actual event itself was outstanding! Attention to detail was impeccable and the service staff on the evening were absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for more. They did everything to ensure the evening ran smoothly as well as feeling like part of the extended family and made all our guests feel welcome which was an important factor for me. My expectations were exceeded. Yvie has been an absolute pleasure to work with and the Manager on the night Julianna (I believe) was blooming fantastic she was on top of everything at every stage and just amazing - the whole team was fantastic I cannot stress this enough. Thank you so much - the memories of this evening will not be forgotten. I have been inundated with messages and calls from the guests with nothing but compliments!

the venue was excellent as were staff on the night
the lead up to the event wasnt as smooth as would have liked, sometimes long delays in replies and the hotel weren't overly flexible.

Yvie has been fantastic from our first initial meeting up to the event itself. Being a perfectionist she was not phased at all by my 10000 questions! She provided a lot of assistance around menu ideas and has great attention to detail, which I appreciate. This evening had a lot of moving parts and it was executed brilliantly. I could not be happier. Thank you so much Yvie!
