Team were amazing in the lead up to the event, making sure everything was organised prior to my arrival and set up. Meticulous attention to detail with Farida and Julieta providing exceptional service along with the Jugged Hare Team.
This was actually my event at The Aviary but I was very happy with how it went and very impressed with Hannah and Holly who sorted everything out for my Wife's special day!
It got a bit confusing and stressful that the bar were not registering some of the sales against the minimum spend so I had to ask my guests to keep their receipts and hand them to the lady who was serving us for the day... Worked out in the end but I felt odd about having to tell people to remember to keep their receipts...
Excellent location for an after-work event in the heart of the City. The bar staff and event manager were great, however the staff serving the food were less so. When asked if one of the dishes was vegetarian they didn't know, and seemed annoyed that they had to find out.
The amount of food that was served was really disappointing considering how much we paid. We had constant comments from our guests that there wasn't enough food, despite catering for the correct amount of people.
Excellent level of service throughout! Thank you for your attention to detail, your good planning, it really made the evening a smooth success!
