The hall is at a great location. Woodstreet startion and shops nearby.
I was so disappointed from the beginning, the hall holds 250-300 people but there is not enough tables, we had to hall our own tables. Communication between the staff is poor. I changed my set up time but the staff a spoke to didn't communication. The hall opened up late so everything was late for my wedding reception. The head security staff was not friendly and welcoming, He made my guess feel uncomfortable. The was leak on the roof, which was not safe for everybody. The tables were not clean.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Main Hall at Waltham Place. The staff were unprofessional and rude, which made the whole experience frustrating. We had agreed on a set price for the wedding venue, but on the day of the event, they suddenly changed the price and demanded we pay more on top of what we had already agreed upon.
To make matters worse, I didn’t receive my full deposit back, which felt dishonest and unfair. Overall, I would not recommend this venue to anyone. It left a bad taste and caused unnecessary stress on what should have been a special day
