The room was free if you pay a deposit and make a minimum bar tab. The air conditioning, complementary tea and coffee and projector were great. The staff were very helpful and overall no complaints!

The room looks nicer since last year's use of the room. The A/C is nice. Snacks provided were good. The staff were great.
Needed a rubbish bin in the room. Perhaps, a variety of tea or other coffee options could be provided. Clear instructions on how to open the room after it is locked. Additionally, it may help to change the number on the door frequently as it was the same when we used the room last time.
