The bar staff were impeccable and extremely accommodating. The space is great and super professional.
We had some issues with the plumbing and also with the dryer as it was very loud when comedians were on stage.
An unforgettable evening made so easy by the staff and the space of the venue. I will be back!
The venue itself was great. Perfect for our joint 40th party of around 80-90 people. I was looking for an intimate venue that catered well for live music. The sound tech was really helpful with the band and the sound was great.
The thing we were really disappointed with was the minimum bar spend guarantee of £4,000 which we did not hit. We had an additional bill of £600 at the end of the party which was not great seeing as we had no idea that this was so unachievable. Also, they did not provide enough bar staff on the night which i was annoyed about as I had previously checked how many we would have and I was told 2-3. At times there was only one serving at the bar with a bar full of people waiting to be served. Possibly why we didn't hit the £4k bar spend! At best there was only ever 2 people working the bar.
We had last minute change in our wedding venue and fortunately we found Underbelly. We had the most amazing party in Gigi, Leti was very helpful getting everything booked for us, liaise with our band and DJ and sound tech specialist David. Gigi the manager was present at the evening, super friendly and made sure all our guests are having a great time. Definitely recommend any private party of 60-100 as you are guaranteed a good night out!
Live music stops around 11pm just to bear in mind! DJ can go on till close.
