About Innervisions Alchemy

Innervisions Alchemy is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.

Innervisions Alchemy is a warehouse-style sauna and wellness venue focused on intentional, restorative sauna and cold-plunge experiences.

Venue highlights: Multiple large saunas and cold plunge pools are arranged to support staggered, self‑led sessions or structured group rotations during private hire. An adjoining lounge and kitchenette provide space for arrivals and post‑session socialising, and changing rooms and toilets are provided for guests.

Best for: Wellness and recovery group sessions; corporate team wellbeing workshops; small relaxation-focused private celebrations.

Location: Bermondsey sits within a riverside warehouse cluster that includes studios and cafés, giving guests nearby options to continue the day after a session.

What guests say: The sauna and cold-plunge facilities are clean, well maintained and consistently set to restorative temperatures. The staff provide attentive breathwork guidance and supply refreshments and small event touches such as themed drinks and body cream.
