Studio 2 at The Studio Space is a beautiful space with high ceilings, wooden floors, full length mirrors and aerial rigging. Great as a breakout room for Studio 1 or for hire in its own right, studio 2 is rectangular and slightly smaller than studio 1.
We have variable lighting, with daylight, spots and LED spots to add colour and more fun.

The venue was fantastic — just the right size and beautifully presented. It had everything I needed to bring my plans to life, from accessible toilets to plenty of tables and chairs, and even a projector, which was a huge bonus. It made hosting the evening smooth and stress-free.
It’s located on a private road with security, which meant some of our guests and deliveries were delayed or restricted on arrival. This isn’t the host’s fault, just something to be aware of due to the location. Also, there’s no dedicated parking, so plan ahead if you’re driving.

We have two beautiful studios featuring wooden floors, full-length mirrors, high ceilings, large windows, aerial rigging, and variable lighting—both fully accessible on the ground floor.
Available for short- or long-term hire, the studios can be booked individually or together for exclusive access to the entire space. They’re perfect for dance and fitness classes, workshops, rehearsals, castings, photoshoots, filming, content creation, corporate events, wellness sessions, product launches and more.
