The room itself was great, nice and bright.
Kitchen appliances not what we were told they were going to be. The microwave oven was not working, luckily we had an electrician who could rewire it to work. The on site people were extremely in flexible. For eg, it was a very warm evening, and they would not let us open doors to let air circulate.

2 fridges not working. We had to go and buy ice and containers to keep drinks cool in the hot weather.

Booking process was easy. But it all turned out to be horrible on the day.
The very was very disgusting when we arrived. We had to clean ourselves. The toilets were so dirty, they had skid marks and it was so bad. But we had no choice as we had a wedding event. We tried all the emergency numbers they gave us, but no one picked up. It was really awful and disappointing.
